Nexus Children’s Hospital – Houston is hiring a Neurodevelopmental Program Director to lead the daily operations and clinical development of its New Directions program for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental needs. The role provides operational and clinical leadership, oversees program quality and staff performance, develops and evaluates therapeutic programming, coordinates multidisciplinary treatment plans, supports families, and manages crisis situations. A master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field and three to five years of behavioral treatment, autism services, neurodevelopmental programming, or related experience are required; previous leadership, program-management, or clinical-supervision experience is preferred. Current LCSW licensure or a relevant master’s-level degree, BLS/CPR certification, and required health screenings are also required.
