The New-Build Network Planner coordinates fiber-optic and coaxial work for new-build telecommunications projects, linking customers, contractors, project managers, and technicians. The role plans and schedules work, monitors project progress, maintains system data, anticipates bottlenecks, and coordinates with municipalities, provinces, regulators, and project developers.
