Description

Alston & Bird LLP is seeking a New Business Intake Analyst to perform various departmental duties, including conflict of interest searches, research, report preparation, and data entry in Aderant, Intapp NBI Workflow, and other software systems. The role involves analyzing corporate structures, testing new software, maintaining workflow templates, performing quality checks, and providing excellent customer service.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Prior experience utilizing automated intake workflow system.
Prior new business intake or conflicts experience in a law firm environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Conflicts analysis expertise with the ability to conduct thorough and accurate conflicts searches using legal databases.
Advanced research, critical thinking analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including strong oral communication skills and the ability to communicate potentially detailed and complex information to personnel at all levels.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to draft and execute complex communications including policies and procedures, instructional documents.
Working knowledge of ethical, legal, and risk management rules and requirements governing conflicts of interest and conflicts resolution process.
Detail oriented to ensure high levels of accuracy in data entry, document review, and identifying relevant conflicts.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects and deadlines.
Capable of executing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Adapt to change in processes at any given time.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and takes the initiative to identify, analyze and resolve false positives without constant oversight.
