DEPT® is hiring a New Business Manager for its Experience & Engineering team in Amsterdam or Rotterdam on a hybrid basis. The role identifies and develops new business opportunities, builds relationships with marketing and technology decision-makers, manages the sales pipeline through CRM, and collaborates with delivery leads, solution architects, and strategists to create proposals and pitches. Candidates should have experience in business development, consultative sales, or client-facing work in a digital agency, technology consultancy, or related environment, along with Dutch and English fluency.
