Description
Crossville Heating and Cooling, Inc. is hiring a New Construction Lead HVAC Installer to oversee and execute the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction projects across the United States. The role leads installation teams, coordinates schedules, interprets blueprints and technical manuals, performs quality inspections, collaborates with project managers and other trades, maintains installation records, trains junior installers, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid HVAC certification, at least three years of HVAC installation experience including two years in a lead or supervisory role, and proficiency with HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques. EPA Section 608 certification, green-building experience, and familiarity with building codes are preferred. Compensation is $65,000 to $120,000 annually plus hourly and piece-rate pay.
