The role involves prospecting, scheduling in-home consultations, developing relationships with builders, contractors, and developers, maintaining customer accounts, merchandising products, and meeting sales targets. A high school diploma is required; 1–2 years of outside sales experience is preferred, and the company will train the right individual. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 in annual average earnings, with a base salary guarantee plus commissions, along with equipment, training, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
