Alliade Habitat is hiring a New Development Programs Manager to own new-build construction projects from feasibility through delivery. The role involves selecting design consultants, managing design and construction tendering, monitoring construction, coordinating handover, working with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring administrative and financial performance, and reporting project progress. The position is based in Lyon’s 7th arrondissement, requires a construction or project-ownership degree, at least five years of relevant experience, technical project knowledge, familiarity with public procurement and social-housing financing, and a category B driver’s license.
