Alliade Habitat is hiring a permanent, full-time New Development Programs Manager in Lyon to own new-build construction projects from feasibility through delivery. The role selects design consultants, manages design and construction tendering, monitors construction and handover, coordinates internal and external contributors, handles administrative and financial monitoring, and reports on project progress. Candidates need a construction or project-ownership degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong technical and project-development knowledge, familiarity with public procurement and social-housing financing, and a Category B driver's license.
