TriHealth is hiring new graduate registered nurses for its Staff RN First Year Experience Residency program, a yearlong paid transition program covering medical-surgical, oncology, orthopedic, precision abdominal and urology, telemetry, float-pool, clinical decision/observation unit, and neuro stepdown assignments. The program includes didactic seminars, clinical reflection, evidence-based projects, and support for developing decision-making, leadership, and research-based nursing skills. Applicants must be newly licensed or have limited acute-care experience, hold an associate degree or diploma in nursing, a current Ohio RN license, and BLS/CPR certification; a BSN must be obtained within five years of hire.
