Eaton’s Aerospace Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division is hiring an Associate Engineer in New Product Development in Jackson, Mississippi. The entry-level role supports the design, analysis, testing, certification, and customer-facing design review of hydraulic components for commercial and military aircraft, including electric motorpumps, hydraulic motors, heat exchangers, and reservoirs. Responsibilities include using design and analysis tools, preparing drawings and test procedures, evaluating test results, supporting engineering changes, and conducting design reviews. The position requires a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or completion of such a degree by December 2026, and applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR. Preferred qualifications include a mechanical engineering degree, a master’s degree, co-op or engineering intern experience, and 3D CAD drawing experience. The expected annual salary is $71,000–$105,000.
