Amphenol CIT is hiring a NPD Engineering Facility Supervisor for its Kent facility to oversee daily site operations, warehouse and inventory activities, safety, maintenance, staffing, and coordination with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams. The role supports new product development, prototype and production transition activities, project execution, vendor relationships, facility tours, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences or 5+ years of technical engineering experience, plus 3–5+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or site supervision experience; the position pays $110,000–$140,000 annually and requires U.S. person status because visa sponsorship is unavailable.
