Description
The New Product Integration Engineer establishes repeatable manufacturing specifications for new designs, supports NPI and dual-sourcing projects, leads engineering phases, develops work instructions and process maps, validates fixturing and manufacturing processes, inspects components and assemblies, and coordinates with CAD/CAM, Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Finance, and JDIW. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or five years of related experience, strong project and communication skills, and proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office software.
