Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited is hiring a Staff-level NPI Product Quality/RMA Engineer to serve as the quality representative across new product introduction and return material authorization activities. The role covers product readiness, reliability, supplier readiness, customer return analysis, escalated high-volume manufacturing quality issues, corrective and preventative actions, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of outgoing product quality. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, 3–8 years of relevant experience, semiconductor quality knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills.
