Description
Western Digital Technologies G.K. is hiring a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager to lead end-to-end new hard-disk-drive product development from early development through factory introduction and mass-production launch. The role coordinates product development, prototype builds, component configuration, inventory, costs, manufacturing-process issues, and digital transformation initiatives across Japan and overseas teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, project-management or team-leadership experience, and business-level Japanese; the position is based in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, with hybrid work available.
