Description
Molex is hiring a New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Engineer in Hudson, Wisconsin to develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing electronic products. The role supports prototype development, product and process transfers, operator training, DFMEA/PFMEA and DFM documentation, root-cause analysis, automation and cost-saving initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or a related field, manufacturing experience, and experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, automated systems, and process transfers; domestic and international travel of 20–30% is required. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
