Applied Materials is hiring a Senior NPME in Austin, Texas, to lead electro-mechanical engineering for remote AC racks, equipment racks, mainframe controls, and related manufacturing systems. The role covers new-product introduction, system integration, BOM and configuration management, design validation, troubleshooting, supplier and contract-manufacturer support, and the transition from NPI to high-volume or contract manufacturing. It requires strong electro-mechanical and electrical-systems expertise, NPI and manufacturing support experience, and the ability to travel to supplier or contract-manufacturing sites.
