Roku is hiring a New Products Development Engineer to develop and maintain embedded software for Roku TV, including Roku OS features, SoC integration, third-party API integration, code maintenance, scalability solutions, QA and channel certification support, and end-to-end product release cycles. The role requires strong AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, agentic tooling, embedded systems, C/C++, Linux, and cross-functional collaboration skills. It is a hybrid position with office attendance Monday through Thursday and flexible Friday remote work, with an estimated California annual base salary of $136,800 to $282,700 and health insurance and other benefits.
