The New Property Launch Concierge conducts in-home surveys in assigned launch properties, recommends and sells bulk telecommunications and home-automation services, obtains customer orders, and identifies upselling opportunities through community events. The role requires customer-service experience, knowledge of telecommunications technologies, prior technical-support experience with sales or upgrading opportunities, and an active clean, non-restricted state driver’s license.
