Description
The New Relic SME will monitor and automate software systems, implement application performance monitoring, analyze logs, configure alerts and dashboards, track reliability metrics, support incident response and debugging, and collaborate with development and support teams. The role also covers capacity planning, infrastructure management with tools such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes, documentation, and mentoring L1/L2 support teams. It requires 4–10 years of experience and hands-on Python and Bash automation, with familiarity with GenAI and agentic AI frameworks.
