Description
The New Ventures Analyst supports Vanderbilt University’s Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization by helping develop and implement commercialization strategies for promising technologies, including startup formation, business planning, investor and funder connections, market and due diligence assessments, pitch decks, financial models, capital investment support, and SBIR/STTR proposal development. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Executive Director of New Ventures, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, and prefers an MBA, familiarity with entrepreneurship grant programs, capital investment vehicles, and experience with not-for-profit postsecondary institutions.
