Clifford Chance is hiring an Asset Finance Associate Attorney in its New York office for the Debt Finance Group. The role advises lessors, financiers, banks, funds, manufacturers, operators, and investors on cross-border asset finance transactions involving aviation, shipping, rail, and other movable high-value assets, including secured lending, operating and finance leases, sale and leaseback, export credit, structured financings, documentation, closings, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and restructurings. Candidates need a J.D. or foreign law degree with a U.S. LL.M., substantial aviation and transportation finance experience, broad transaction experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and at least three years of experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm. New York bar admission is required, and the salary range is $260,000-$390,000.
