Clifford Chance is hiring an Incentives Associate Attorney in its Tax, Pensions, Employment & Incentives Group in New York. The role advises public and private companies on remuneration, incentives, employment tax, equity-based compensation, deferred compensation, corporate governance, regulatory and disclosure matters, and senior executive hires and exits, including advisory work and major transactions. Applicants should have a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, strong academic achievement, executive compensation and M&A experience, New York bar admission or waiver eligibility, and prior law-firm experience; preferred class years are 2021–2023. The salary range is $260,000–$365,000.
