Description
First Horizon is hiring for a 24-month rotational program for recent or soon-to-be college graduates. The program rotates through banking business areas, projects, client activities, process improvements, and operational work, with responsibilities including learning banking functions, participating in development activities, preparing presentations and recommendations, and contributing to capstone projects. Applicants must have a GPA of at least 3.0, strong communication and problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work in designated hub cities or travel to them.
