Description
Johnson Controls is hiring participants for an 18-month Engineering Training Program with four rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other business functions. The program is fully on-site, with possible locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Reynosa, Mexico, and may require extended domestic travel. Participants will work on real-world projects, receive mentorship, develop technical and leadership skills, and complete a capstone project. The program leads to full-time opportunities in mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, project, or product management, with a starting salary of $75,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
