DHL Industrial Projects is recruiting for its NextGen Industrial Projects Trainee (MEA) graduate program in Dubai. The program places participants on up to 10 functional assignments for three months each, covering operations, pricing, commercial, digital, procurement, chartering, vessel operations, controlling and finance, ocean freight, hub operations, and health, safety and environment. Participants receive mentorship, training, international travel and accommodation support, and the opportunity for a permanent role within IP at the end of the program, subject to vacancies. Applicants should have a relevant degree, strong English communication skills, leadership experience, adaptability, and willingness to travel internationally.
