The role also involves training, technical support, professional community engagement, strategic partnerships, and participation in industry events. Candidates need an engineering degree or five years of higher education, at least five years of embedded software development experience, proficiency in C and Java, expertise in real-time systems and embedded architectures, and strong English skills.
