ALTEN is recruiting an Embedded Software Engineer specializing in test bench software for its defense division. The role involves designing and developing test applications with LabWindows CVI, creating automated test sequences with TestStand, programming Python scripts and analysis tools, contributing to embedded software and applications, participating in production testing, and coordinating between hardware and software teams. Candidates need an engineering or computer and electronic engineering master’s degree and at least three years of experience in embedded software or an electronics environment, along with C or Python proficiency, test-bench knowledge, embedded electronics expertise, and V-model understanding.
