Silverado is hiring a full-time Nexus Specialist to plan and lead daily activities, community outings, hobbies, social connections, volunteer opportunities, and marketing events for residents in the early stages of dementia. The role also supports conflict resolution, pet care, resident engagement, and social-media updates, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, while experience with activity planning, older adults, or memory care is a plus; a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds are also required. The schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends as needed and mandatory holidays, with an anticipated pay range of $25–$25 USD and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
