ASEC is hiring an NGTS Subject Matter Expert (Systems Engineer) at NAS Lemoore, California, to support the DoD’s F/A-18 AST/TOFT training program. The role designs and sustains high-fidelity NGTS training environments, troubleshoots software, networking, datalink, and integration issues, manages NGTS data and settings, supports training events and software updates, and tracks discrepancies and feature implementations. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of test and evaluation experience, U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Top Secret clearance, and expertise with Link-16, LVC simulations, and NGTS. The position is not telework-eligible and offers an annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000 plus medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, and retirement benefits.
