Bosch is seeking a shift supervisor for its Jaipur plant to oversee NHA Assembly operations, assign work, manage safety, quality, production performance, and shop-floor discipline, coordinate with associates and management, support continuous improvement and digitalization, and develop entry-level associates. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or industrial-production field, 1–4 years of experience in auto-component or auto-ancillary manufacturing, and 1–4 years managing unionized, non-unionized, or temporary workforce.
