Description
The Assistant to the General Manager supports the NEXCOM Hospitality Group General Manager in operating a Department of Defense lodging property, including supervising staff, managing reservations and inventory, coordinating with vendors and maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety, and maintaining compliance with safety, fire, sanitation, and EEO requirements. The role may assume General Manager duties in the General Manager's absence and requires four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
