Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is hiring a full-time NICE CXone Analytics & Reporting Engineer for a remote North Carolina-based role with long-term potential. The position supports and optimizes reporting, analytics, data solutions, dashboards, integrations, and data quality within NICE CXone; analyzes contact center performance; and supports cloud contact center migration initiatives. The role requires five years of relevant experience, hands-on NICE CXone cloud experience, advanced SQL and Databricks skills, enterprise reporting and dashboard experience, and familiarity with contact center KPIs, APIs, ETL, and cloud SaaS environments. The stated pay range is $136,000–$152,000 per year, with traveler benefits subject to the agency package.
