Description
The Engineering Technician will support the ramp-up of new equipment and overall factory operations in Bessemer, Alabama. The role involves setting up and operating metalworking machines, handling materials, performing in-process quality checks, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, documenting production data, and training new hires. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of similar manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, measurement-tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
