Description
The Guest Services Ambassador-Overnight/Night Audit role at The Aldenburg Hotel provides personalized overnight guest service, including handling reservations, special requests, hotel tours, and departures; supporting bellman, valet, and greeter duties; maintaining hotel systems; and completing night audit, PMS/POS, financial, and daily reporting procedures. The role requires at least one year of luxury guest or customer service experience, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Excel and Word skills, the ability to lift and move luggage, and availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
