Description
The Night Auditor supports overnight hotel operations by handling late-night and early-morning guest check-in and check-out, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments, and completing nightly revenue and room-charge reconciliations. The role requires PMS proficiency, strong organization and numerical skills, independent overnight-shift work, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
