ABM Facility Services UK is hiring a full-time permanent Cleaning/Waste Operative for Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton. The role involves janitorial cleaning, waste removal, operating walk-behind and ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers, responding to spillages and client callouts, maintaining equipment, and following health and safety procedures. The position follows a variable five-day-in-seven schedule of 40 hours per week and pays £13.83 per hour. Full training is provided, and the role requires physical fitness, teamwork, communication, flexibility, and a satisfactory Disclosure Board response.
