Canteen is hiring full-time Night Cooks for two Sumter, South Carolina locations. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, serves meals, handles delivery preparation, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, stores supplies, operates kitchen equipment, and assists with production planning and ordering. Previous cooking and food-safety experience is required, and the schedule may include nights and weekends. Pay is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, with an internal employee referral bonus available.
