CASES is hiring a full-time Night Court Representative to work on-site in Manhattan from Thursday through Monday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role screens defendants for pretrial supervision programs, assesses legal eligibility, conducts intake interviews, advocates with judges, manages participant crises, maintains court records, and coordinates with Supervised Release staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or at least four years of relevant experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-stakes court environment; bilingual ability is preferred. The salary is $65,000–$67,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
