Pullman Auckland is hiring an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations as the Manager on Duty. The role oversees the Front Office and Night team, manages guest service and escalations, completes nightly audits and revenue reconciliation, maintains safety and security, coordinates emergencies, and collaborates with Housekeeping, Reservations, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Management. Candidates should have prior night or senior front-office leadership experience, hotel operations and guest-service knowledge, PMS experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
