The role involves overseeing trading activity, shopfloor standards, customer and colleague safety, replenishment, waste and returns, team coaching, and handover to the day team. It requires experience supervising or managing retail grocery teams, ideally overnight, along with independent decision-making, process improvement, team development, customer service, and flexibility for night shifts and weekends.
