QT Gold Coast is hiring a full-time permanent Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift. The role manages guest service and incidents, conducts night audits and financial reconciliation, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, monitors arrivals and departures, leads the overnight team, handles emergencies, and prepares daily reports. Candidates need prior experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or senior Front Office role, strong hotel systems and guest-service knowledge, and flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The salary is $83,370.08 plus superannuation and an eligible bonus.
