Description
The Night Care Assistant will provide compassionate, individualized care to residents at Les Ormes Care Home during the night, including hygiene, comfort, safety, health monitoring, and information sharing with day teams. The role requires a State Diploma as a Night Care Assistant, strong listening and respect for elderly people, independent and collaborative working skills, and an interest in continuous improvement. It is a permanent, full-time position with a supportive team and focus on employee well-being.
