LyLo Queenstown is hiring a full-time Night Operations Agent to work overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, managing guest check-ins and departures, queries, audits, reporting, public-area upkeep, laundry and back-of-house support, VIP arrivals, safety, and maintenance issues. The role requires hospitality and customer-service experience, independent decision-making, strong attention to financial detail, and excellent communication.
