The Property Manager on Duty serves as the overnight property manager, directing all property operations, supervising overnight staff, resolving guest and property issues, monitoring compliance and financial performance, managing employee hours and payroll, and conducting performance appraisals. The role requires either a high school diploma or GED with five years of guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related experience, or a two-year degree in hospitality or a related field with three years of relevant experience.
