Description
The Night Shift Fabrication Supervisor organizes, coordinates, and supervises employees and activities within the Fabrication department on the night shift. The role assigns work, monitors production schedules and product flow, controls quality and safety procedures, recommends process improvements, provides training and performance feedback, evaluates employees, and sets night-shift goals. The position may involve exposure to welding gases and fumes, varying weather conditions, and overtime.
