Description
Smyth is hiring a Flexographic Press Operator to set up and operate a Comco flexographic press, produce high-quality labels and packaging, monitor material waste, maintain press efficiency, and support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is based at a facility in the Twin Cities, follows a Monday–Wednesday 5:00 PM–5:15 AM schedule, and offers 4+ years of printing or press operation experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong mechanical aptitude.
