MASKA is hiring a Night Shift Foreman to lead and motivate a team of mechanics during evening workshop operations. The role plans and optimizes operations, ensures work quality, deadlines, and safety, supports and coaches the team, identifies warranty versus billable work, and promotes a positive work environment. Candidates need a DEP in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or Construction Equipment Mechanics, 7 to 10 years of heavy-mechanics experience including supervision, knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems, and a valid driver’s license; refrigerants/halocarbons or PEP certification is an asset.
