Parc Provence, an assisted living and skilled nursing community focused on memory care, is looking for a Night Shift LPN Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of the night shift, supervise a team of LPNs and caregivers, and deliver exceptional resident care. Responsibilities include conducting rounds, monitoring resident conditions, developing relationships with staff and families, collaborating on policy implementation, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
