GTC is seeking a seasoned Machining Supervisor for their night shift in the aerospace and defense sector. The successful candidate will oversee quality, productivity, personnel, and operations across one or more machining departments. This role involves setting up teams, driving quality through adherence to SOPs and root cause analysis, ensuring smooth production flow via proactive problem-solving and scheduling participation, and fostering a positive team environment through training, coaching, recognition, and fair accountability.
