Description
The Maintenance Technician is a night-shift, multi-craft industrial maintenance role responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant and production equipment. The position performs preventive and predictive maintenance, responds to breakdowns and safety concerns, supports production, maintains spare parts, monitors PLC/HMI-driven processes, and performs crane inspections and rigging while following health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. The role works a 12-hour continental shift from 6 PM to 6 AM and requires high school education, broad electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, PLC, blueprint-reading, and preventive-maintenance knowledge.
